Sadly i'm finding just the opposite, i'm losing inches in other places but not my breasts. being a FF/G i really want them to reduce too, my sister lost loads of weight and ended up having a reduction so she'd look in proportion, I'll be doing the same if i can afford to. Don't let it put you off your weight loss goal,…

I'd say your first scales may be broken, maybe try another scale, and see if it agrees with yours. Or simply use just one scale, it'll drive you mad if you keep checking on both...I use just the one, and weigh once a week, at least then i know for sure what i've lost/gained.

I'd suggest just one weigh in day per week, one of the groups will just have to accept that they are not your weigh in day. I'd make it sunday as it's easier to use that day for both sunday and Monday.. Good luck:smile:

Mmmm oh yes i remember the DD days  i'd say stick to scoop or v necks, a little trick i learned if you wear a shirt and the buttons pull, sew the front seams together. saves the fidgetting and worrying that they may pop open at the wrong moment. I'm looking forward to getting back down to D cups Good luck and enjoy…

Hi like you i don't have a hugh disposable income, so like you I walk a lot, increase the speed from time to time, to get your heart rate up, use your old machine, any exercise will be benificial, I also swim once or twice a week (I have a card that gets people on low income a reduced fee) and finally i cycle very…

This is what i'd do, don't know if it will help but here goes.......Invite him for a coffee somewhere neutral, and explain all your concerns, say that you've realised you're not ready to persue this relationship at this time, that you really want to stay friends. Make it clear that friends don't do the stuff he's been…

If you know well in advance, try to save some cals from the days leading up to the big , meal, then you hopefully will balance out over the week, once in a while it's ok to go over, , IAMQUEEN had great advise too, a look at the menu before you go will arm you to make the best choices....Good luck and enjoy...:flowerforyou:

you absolutely can, try looking for Cleaning, light, moderate effort and Cleaning, heavy, vigorous effort, they are deffinately there i use them both from time to time,. It may be better to alter your status to very physical, and then simply add the work/exercise you do that is not part of a normal day. Hope you get it…

Ouch Ouch Ouch !!!!!! Absolutely the best thing i've used is cotton stretch leggings, they are a great barrier keeping skin off skin, pull them on fully so they completely cover your inner thigh, they are firmish on the inner thigh without being restrictive, very comfy and absorbent too..hope you find this…

Hi I struggle with keeping the sugar down too, try switching for lower sugar cereals, i.e weetabix change to oatibix Select as many no added sugar items you can in the supermarket, be aware that some so called diet foods contain more sugar than you'd imagine.

Hi where do I find this programme, sounds interesting...

Hello i read your board with interest. I'd say twice a week is a very good start, but as you start to feel fitter, you may naturally want to increase this or maybe combine it with another exercise, perhaps walking or cycling, if you're pool is close enough perhaps walk/cycle to and from it. Good luck with whatever you…

Ooops should have added that those few extra pounds were based on you being the correct 'healthy' weight in teens 20's etc etc
-
I read somewhere that said the older we get we should carry a few extra pounds more than we did in our teens/20's/30's etc, i seem to recall that those extra pounds shouldn't be more than 7-10 post 50, not sure thats of much help though, will be interesting to see what other MFPers contribute here...:flowerforyou:
