Thats pretty tough, i'd say it's a safer bet to aim for 160lbs, then any less than that will be a bonus...Keep it real and consistant, that way it'll stay off...Good luck with this and let us know how you do!!!:happy:

Have you got access to a 'Small Claims Court' if so speak to them I think you may have a case as they have clearly not kept to their part of the contract...good luck :happy:

I'm the same, so i avoid walking or working outside between 11am and 4 pm, that way i get to enjoy my walks and get the outside jobs done minus the dizzy spells and ickky feelings...If you have no option but to be walking etc between 11 and 4, build up to it gradually and always have a drink before you begin, another…

There's a barcode scanner, I have the iphone 3g, where do I find it??? I love the simplicity of the phone app...a great way to keep on top of cals eaten...if i don't add them thru the day, occaisionally i've forgotten to add them later on the pc...:noway:

best advise i can give is start with your favourite form of exercise, then slowly introduse others, i've found walking 3-4 times a week kick started my exercise regieme and i'm slowly trying other things....:happy:
