I weigh myself everyday as my way of keeping myself focus.. it keeps me motivate and as a reminder for me to stay in the game.. I weigh in the morning right after I 'visit' the bathroom.. :)

Feel free to add me..I just started MFP a week ago and see some improvement in my intake awareness. My goal is to lose 45 to 50 lbs. Stay in the game. :)

When I am watching tv, sometimes I won't just sit still or lay on the couch.. I would lift my legs, maybe lift my dumbbell while I laying watching the tv... I don't count the rep, I just stop till it hurts...lol
