Steam in the bag/ microwavable Edamame. I get the seapoint farms brand 90 calorie packs at walmart in the frozen food section. It takes 2 1/2 minutes to cook and then you peel the beans out the pods and enjoy. I love them with salt. Yummmmmm

My advice since you seem to have the workout thing down is to clean up the diet. Cut out processed foods, complex carbs and sugars. Add in lean proteins and veggies. Good luck.

I am so with you. I am on the last 8 days of the shred and I am counting down. It is still hard but I am just bored doing the same thing over and over again. I was thinking of getting the new Jillian Ripped video switching days so I am don't get in a rut and start slacking.

I love it. Panera Bread does it and it makes it so easy to make a good healthy choice because the calories are staring right at you from the main board. I even hear people discussing it in line. Plus I don't have to get on the website to research before I go I can just walk in and pick.

I take imitrex injections and they are gone in 5minutes. I don't have to catch it ahead if time. The con is it is a shot and you shoot it into the leg stings for a sec. And then you feel lightheaded for a couple minutes. It has saved my life.

I agree with bj. Stop weighing yourself for 2 weeks and go out and buy yourself a measuring tape. I bet you are losing inches. I have not weight this week but I lost a 1/4 inch from each thigh. I did it I did my level 2 shred and survived all that complaining for nothing. And I did pretty well and I don't feel that bad. Thanks for the motivation.

A 8x 8 pan of cinnacreibles the most delicious wonderful cinnamon bun our local grocery makes. It has been two months plus. We caught eachother's eye today at the store we still have a connection.

Wowzeers. Think about it all trainers ( well most) say 2lbs a week lose is the safest. They should be on a higher calorie load, not 1000-1200 . Get any of the lesile sansone walking DVDs. If you have netflix check them out before you buy. I love most of them. I like her. Slim and sleek with pilates. They are low impact no running jumping or crazy stuff like that. Just walking and some strength training and a some good aerobic moves. I love her.
