Do push ups on your knees and if you can only go down an 1/2 inch than that is better than not at all. I watch my calorie intake. I eat about 1540 a day plus my exercise calories. I just started back to work and I am having trouble getting my calories in but I am working on it.

I don't care what people say but we all judge people. It is human nature. No one is perfect! Once I started getting healthier I got a more holier than now attitude as well. Just keep it in your head and nobody gets hurt. If it works for you than it works for you. Yes it is ok to be SMUG. You earned it.

I use oil of oregano on everything. You can get it at a health food store in a dropper bottle. It is quite potent so you have to mix it with evoo so it doesn't irritate your skin too much. I log it under circuit training for about 20-22 minutes. I checked with my heart rate monitor and it was really close.

My father just had this surgery or one like it. He was up and a round in a day with only only a bad cold. So if you can walk or do something slightly active. I bet the first couple days you won't want to pig out. The good thing is your leg isn't being operating on so what is stopping you? No excuses

Tuna fish sandwich. Can of tuna in water. Some light mayo , frozen peas mix together. Put on slimwich done Or you can do it with can of chicken too.

I am 5'5 and 138lbs and while I would like to drop a few more pounds I think I look tight. I have been doing Jillian Michael dvd's and they tighten you up. Now I have lost weight before and I have still felt sloppy you know what I mean? I think you are at a great weight and what you see isn't always true.

I think you have so some great ideas. My advice is to drink tons of water to flush out all that sodium. Have a good time. And exercise it off later if you splurge. I feel that everybody watches what I order and makes comments that I am too skinny or starving myself if I order healthy. Ugh.

Holy cow, that is a @&$% load of inches. Be proud. The scale is for turkeys.... Even though my weight isn't were I want it to be I am in a size 4 jean. Yeah, take that scale. Great job I bet you look fantastic.

I have one. Bought it at target. Love it. I needed one that gives me calorie count, time, heart rate, target heart rate %. It is easy to use. I have never had problems with it. And it has a chest strap.

Been there I have spent probably extra calories moving around too avoid kicking my kids in the head. All I can say is you can put them in the highchair with playdough or other new arts and crafts thingys or try Homemade Popsicles ( they take forever to suck down), or just keep moving around avoiding them.

Everyday (since jan 2011) when I hit that button it gives me goal Weight of 133lbs that I should weigh in 5 weeks. Well it has been 5 weeks 8 weeks ago that weight is not in site. I can't stand that projection. It makes me laugh when it tells me now.

Jessieanne Only reason you went up in weight was sodium. Chinese is yummy good and salty. Drink tons of water and your weight will lower in a few days
