Just started back today, glad I found the challenge. I will shoot for 100 this month. I dont know much about how to use this group or how to post, any help would be appreciated.

definitely! If it goes in your mouth, log it. You dont want to be fooled by the extra calories.

there are many other things that you can do until you feel better. focus on something else, maybe a long walk. you can do this, hang in there.

great information \ thank you. I will go to that site today. I tried an app on my phone but it did not work well. I just tried a regular pushup and could do only 1. I guess that is a start. Thank you for caraing enough to respond.

how did you get all these tapes? What was the cost? Did you order online

Im still with you but will never make it to 100 at one time. I can now do about 10-12 pushups with my knees down. My goal is 25 at one time and several sets. I would also like to work up to at least a few regular push ups.
