I'm in as well. Just started today and walked the 3 Fast mile with Leslie. Good dvd but will explore others on youtube. I hope to walk at least 3 every day. Thanks members for helping to motivate me.

I know it's not much, but it is a start. I just did 10 bent knee push ups. I will try to do this for a day or so and then add a few. I use an iphone, any good exercise apps for that?

I just signed up for the squats and also plan to add the crunches as well. I have gained back 5 pounds of the 40 I lost and don;t like seeing the scales going in the wrong dierction. This should help me get back with the program. Thank you for adding me.

How long were you on this diet and how low was your calorie intake? Did you lose weight?

thanks for the site. I did check it out and it looks like 100 calories per mile is a good average. I am getting ready to walk now -hope to get at least 3 in. Hope you had a good holiday weekend.

how do you log your walking with the Sansone videos. When I log the 60 minute 5 mile video as walking 5mph mfp seems too high for the calories burned. When I log it as low impact aerobics, it seems about right. What do you guys do?

Sorry, I haven't posted in a while so I had to go back and check my exercise logs. My goal was 100 miles and I have 39 miles to go.I will try to post every day from now on.

just walked 5 miles with Leslie. The video included 5 12 minute miles. Should I count this as walking 5 mph or should I put it down as low impact aerobics for 60 minutes. There is a big difference in the calories burned.

just did 5 miles, haven't walked in a few days so I am tired. I need to do this each and every day to stick with it. I am now back on track and have plans to walk with a coworker tomorrow.

Time???? Don't dwell on the time factor. I'll bet that you did not get overweight in just a few weeks, none of us did. You are losing over a pound a week, that is good. 56 to go. Didn't walk with Leslie this weekend, I was at the beach and had wonderful walks on the beach every day.

I wasn't able to walk the Leslie video because I am visiting my sister at the beach. We have walked on the beach every day for anywhere from 30-60 minutes each day, a lot of fun.

just finished my 5 miles with Leslie. I started the video this morning and walked 3. later in the day walked 2 more. I feel good that I got it done. Church supper tonight so I really HOPE to eat within my limits.
