OH NO....... I was shocked when I weighed this morning! I am back toward the top of my goal zone, I have no idea why! In the middle of the week I was down. I am almost 2 pounds over my magic number. Today is Friday and it has been an uneventful week. Lots of walking to counterbalance too much eating.
