Try Greek Yogurt, nonfat or even the kind with a bit of fat in it. It's very low in sugar and it's great with fresh fruit. It's a bit tangy though. You could add sweetener or honey/agave nectar

One of my friends loves Panda and always takes me there. I started getting steamed veggies instead of rice/chow mein and that has saved me a ton of calories. I get the Panda bowl with steamed veggies and 290 calories, still a ton of sodium though

Let's see if we're doing SWAG One medium slice of bacon has about 50 calories and 3.5g of fat. As somebody that's worked at restaurant I can say there's usually about 2-3 strips of bacon for a salad. so anywhere from 100-150 and 10.5g of fat. so let's just say 125 calories and 7g of fat.

Oakland-ish here, originally from Georgia. Honestly being away from Waffle house has helped me lose a good 10lbs. LOL
