What a great idea! Thus far in May (just saw this post today) I have 29.6 hours on the bike, and another 6 hours in the gym! Let's all push this last week!

Remind yourself that if you overdo it and not take a rest day you could injure yourself, leaving you unable to work out for days or longer. Enjoy your day off, get some sunshine, read a good book.
