i think i need some sort of protein supplement as im quite a fussy eater. i dont like, nuts, fish and a few other things.

i got a border cillie puppy called jack, he's now 5 months old. ive found that he is the best motivation to get out and walk everyday. it was easy when it was just me. but cause he depends on me and i have to go out i do. ive now really started to enjoy walking aagain and finding new places to go and explore

ive just started running (well jogging) with my border collie puppy, we are doing just over a mile about 3 times a week. mostly cause i live ontop of a massive hill and it knackers me to run up it. hopefully in a couple of months it wont be so bad

hey thanks so much for your comment and support. im really hoping to do better this time around. i recently got a border collie puppy and he needs a lot of exercise which is a really good reason to get myself out of the house and moving

homemade cakes, as soon as my sweet tooth kicks in i cant help but rumage through my baking supplys and find a recipe i can make, then i end up eating most of it myself.

ive got the P90X workouts and im trying to do one a day, im done some reading and by all acounts it really works. you just have to stick to it and eat right

ive gotten the warning sign a few times, im eating 3 healthy meals a day and trying to snack to meet my calorie intake but im struggleing aswell.
