maybe you have a problem with processing carbs or something? hence why she put you on that maybe? you should have talked to her about thinking that this is ridiculous, she probably would have justified the reason she had given you such a diet plan

i like running/walking on the treadmill (as im too unfit to just run) we have tvs in front of them so i just watch that and time flies

if its nice weather than maybe around 5-6 miles, if its terrible, like it usually is in the uk, no more than 2 or 3 or even none some days. however i have knee problems so normally it hurts if i walk/run/stand a lot

i eat most of mine back just because 1200 isnt enough for me. however if i was really stuffed and did a lot of exercise that day i wouldnt sweat about not eating all of them back and i use a food scale and html for work outs

i dont see why everything isnt just measured pre cooked in grams!! oh also tinned fruit 1/2 tin of drained fruit is so and so calories WHAT ABOUT THE JUICE?! not having any wastage

id say cut down on the sugar youre eating like the cooking and chocolates, i think cutting these out or having one as a treat like once a week or 2 weeks would really help. I would even recommend eating a little more than what MFP set you as youre quite tall. Also i would try and eat more real and wholesome food instead of…

well done! its really amazing what a 25 minutes a day workout and im guessing eating well can do! need to give this a try before i go on my second holiday!!
