I was had one for a month when i wanted to get off BC, then they told me to go back on in to stop, so i did and then came off again half a year later and didnt have a period for like 4 months, now don't go anywhere near that stuff, i'll just take the god awful cramps and the icky stuff, this was on the injection.

i am the queen of buffets! normally 5 huge plates of savories, 2-3 plates of dessert followed by another plate of savories

omg i actually want it! paid to poop is also funny, basically you log when you poop at work and then it tells you how much youve earned while pooping..... much use.

i eat like 1000+ calories of fruit daily im pretty thin but yes i wouldnt eat dairy

im vegan however my bf isnt, he'll ask for things like tofu or faux meat in stuff i make sometimes so i think its more of that theres something missing, you need to think of what to replace the meat with, so something high protein and "meat like" but yeah you could try faux meats and see if that helps :) if all fails…

I weight myself every day/every other day but only log like once a week :)

I think I was like 8-9 when i used to get the bus home and be alone till my mum got home at like 6pm so like 4 ish hours? but i was always a very mature child

i have like 200g+ of sugar daily and I'm pretty lean although i do stick to low fat

i don't believe all calories are equal or that calorie in is calorie out I'm currently eating over my TDEE and doing like no exercise and losing a good pound a week

then you worked out your TDEE wrong, you should put it as very active if you're working out daily

I think my list of **** i won't put into my body would be far too long. but if its made in a lab i wouldn't eat it

eating high carb has helped me lean out and lower my body fat % a lot!

ergh i have this problem! find a good shop tho as all are different i find h&m fits the best for me levi ones are terrible on me!

any exercise is better than none :D plus there are several studies that show that half an hour of exercise is just as good as an hour for weightloss
