im 120 now. id like to tone up and get more lean but im not fussed about losing any more, maybe 115 would be perfect tho as ive been there and it doesnt seem too bad

i eat clean and as much as I want, mainly keeping to lots and lots of fruit and i have stayed very lean

really dont waste your money with herbalife or weight watchers cos as soon as you come off them you'll gain weight. just watch what you eat, count calories, eat remotely healthy

sometimes calories can be wrong on the packet too! I just got some pasta which was it was like 50 calories per 50g, i thought that was really off! sent them an email and it turns out the printed it wrong and its like 3 times that!

dont be afraid to carb up! but for protein > tofu, tvp/tsp, beans, lentils, seitan, tempeh, faux meat, also if youre eating dairy and eggs then eggs, cottage cheese, stuff like that. cooking wise its very easy to make normal dishes vegetarian!

you'll probably build muscle under the fat if you work your abs. thus actually making your belly look bigger. I find drinking a lot of water gives me a flat stomach

i just eat high carb! i personally really like it, i have so much energy but obviously keeping it to good carbs

i cycle about 20-40 mins a day just to get places i don't really have any other input to this post tho

i love smoothies! mine are normally around 500 calories but thats the way i like them :D

soup is great! however i normally have it with bread or croutons cos well why not! but yeah make it yourself. most soup can also be frozen and then easily defrosted and reheated when needed :)

if you feel like you need to binge then you're probably not eating enough or not getting enough of a certain thing

im so grouchy on low carb but high carbs makes me feel so much happier and energised!

yeah do something that you enjoy! for example I really enjoy tennis and lifting :D and a little gym cardio so thats what i do also things like zumba are great fun!

i had a cheat weekend and lost 2lb not too sure what happened but lets home it stays!

i can't burn more than 500 an hour (well 250 in half hour. i cant keep up cardio for an hour)
