i do 10% fat. thats low fat for me. but i only do it because it makes me feel better and gives me loads of energy unless you have a reason to eat low anything then i wouldnt advise it

I just have a lot of fruit! sometimes smoothie or something just solid. I normally aim for about 400 calories of fruit for breakfast but most of the time i can only manage about 300 haha! but yeah ive noticed that although im not celiac i do get tummy aches after eating gluten so im trying to avoid it as much as possible!

eat back exercise calories! and you dont have to eat them all back in one day if you cant! feel free to save them up and have them through out the week if thats easier

to be honest theres a lot of people that eat high carb and raw that can eat 3500+ calories and not gain an ounce!

I had no *kitten* at all! and i did squats with 50kg weights donkey kicks weighed lunges bridges just about every butt exercise known to man! AND IT GREW!! slowly but it grew! however then i stopped exercising and all the effort went down the drain haha

sugar isnt bad for you.... but yeah eat lots of veggies, add grapes and figs to your salad for a different texture and make your own salad dressing! Same goes for sauces, always make your own and you can control what goes in it lower you carb portions. i.e. a serving of rice or pasta is 75g (dry) having 50g will fill you…

yes. if you eat anything after 6 you will instantly gain 100lb!

your sodium was quite high which probably made you retain water. and yeah weight can change through out the week. doesnt mean youve gained 2lb of fat or something so give it time
