all the carbs! especially wholegrain! (however white rice isnt much worse than brown) and also whoever said that fruit as a bad carb LOL youre wrong, please stop making people fear such delicious goodness!

ive not even had a baby and i used to have it! eating very clean seems to have worked for me! also not had gluten for a while (just dont fancy it not for any reason) and that could have had a effect on it

trust me it does! hence why people on raw high carb diets have to eat like 2000 calories minimum and will still lose weight

things you can measure in cups like it drives me mad when a recipe is like "1/2 cup of butter" how do i measure butter in a cup!! why cant you use grams!

i thought my pouch would never go! but eating high carb and mainly fruit has made it disappear in like 2 weeks! queue a load of fruit and high carb bashing comments

lawl did this "doctor" have any qualifications? but this is what i would suggest to eat: breakfast: 3 bacon sandwiches. snack: deep fried chocolate bar lunch: 2 large mcdonalds meals snack: 3 bags of chips dinner: nothing cos if you dont eat after 6 you lose weight! Ask your doctor, im sure he'll agree

lower carb portions at meals. I.e. on a pasta packet it says a serving is 75g however about 40 is enough, same with rice and so on. Think of what takes up a lot of calories and try and work on that :) also to the man eating 1200 calories. LOL!

I eat 80% carbs and im eating more and losing more than i did before, mind you all those carbs mainly come from fruit but still

i like them baked with honey. simple and easy and yeah like someone said, apple a rhubarb or apple and blackberry crumbles are sooo good!
