i was plant based for 2 years but then decided to start including seafood in my diet. i see this as something thats a lot more healthy and optimal than a standard vegan diet as it doesnt require any supplements

i eat around 300g from fruit and I'm pretty damn skinny, my blood sugar is perfect and I'm not dead :P dont sweat it

It would still be utterly useless. I'm building muscle and lowering body fat on around 20-40g daily faster then I ever have been and I'm not even doing any heavy lifting. Just a little bit of body weight for 15-30 mins a day. And yes I haven't dropped dead yet and I've been at low protein since about September tho only…

fruit does have calories however if fruit made you fat i would be obese by now

not veggies but my pasta was just 27g of protein for under 500 calories soo yeah totes lacking this protein on my vegan diet

sorry if this has already been mentioned but i was too lazy to read through the 7 pages but maybe try raw till 4 approach to 80/10/10? then you get your fruit and your warm bowl of chill in the evening!

i personally like corn pasta over normal pasta but theres also quinoa pasta, brown rice pasta and etc potatoes aren't bad for you

stop drinking cows milk then, it''ll make the osteoporosis worse almond milk has the same amount of calcium, protein and other vitamins and minerals as cows milk but its a lot less gross doesn't support the veal industry doesn't deplete calcium from your bones etc etc etc i could go on for hours. check out…

courgettes cos some days i'll really be craving courgette noodles and some days i won't go near them. also soy milk as i normally use 1/4 of the pack before it goes off

its not sustainable carbs aren't evil unless you have a medical reason for eating high carb low fat don't do it

I personally eat a mainly vegan high fruit based diet and I love it, will most definitely be raising my kids vegan too

Don't really have a before picture but this is it now high carb high raw low fat (currently losing at 1800 but shall up to 2200 or so soon) not really working out but i might do some muscle building as it gets closer to summer Height 5'6 weight 118-120

many plant based protein sources have more protein in them per 100 calories than meat. plus high protein low carb diets are terrible for you
