These are my top 5 tips 1. Rice in Bulk 2. Dried Beans 3. Bananas (cheapest fruit) 4. Look out for reduced items, you can freeze most of them or make a meal with it and freeze that 5. Use your leftovers! Make soups/stews/casseroles with random leftover veg in the fridge and different beans

I think you should only get them done if you truly need it the body is supposed to naturally produce b12 however due to the fact that most people are fed an omnivore diet from birth the body stops producing it as theres enough of it. but yes they are only something thats useful if you lack it, I get tested annually for it…

mmmm buffets, i normally have like 5 plates. I call it "metabolism spike" lol

meeeeee and i don't work out, like walk 30-60 mins a day and sometimes i'll jog for 25ish mins like 2/3 times a week but I've messed up my knee so stopped but I eat high carb low fat and mostly raw macros are 80 carbs, 10 protein, 10 fat :)
