you lost 10 Pounds in 6 days??? this is impossible. 1 Pound of fat got approx. 4500 calories. so you burned 7500 calories a day with Sport or not eating????? LOL

10,8 lbs in about 3 month... but I go cycling or running at least 4-5 times a week.

wasn t meant like that. so far it worked what I ve done. now it stopped. for my thyroid problem i can t take any medication. I just wanted to know if people had the same stand still problem. how long does it usuall last?

I used to eat all my calories (also the ones from excersice). thats when i was 6 pounds more. I also got a underactive thyroid.

I would have the problem to reach the 1220 cal just with food etc. its the sport (1 hour of spinning e.g. I burn about 500 cal or more)
-
yes, i do all that. every coffee (1 tbl sugar & milk) e.g., the thing is: I am not hungry AT ALL. I can t eat more. I have a protein shake after my workout (after weightlifting). that fills me up A LOT.

Whats the difference of running/walking and weightlifting? it seems whatever I do, there result isn t what I want it to be. I eat what I should eat, never over my calories, I do sports but seem to gain weight :(

thanks for all the posts. I got a good kitchenscale, weight it all, write down every little bite of something. I guess it will just take a while. Some of my friends lost a lot in the first few weeks, and I haven t lost anything.
