I set my weightloss aim to 1 lbs / week. I should eat about 1220 calories a day but with the excerisce (1 hour of biking a day, or gym, aqua walking or nordic walking) I do I find it difficult to get to. With which sport did you have your best result (weightlost) I do all kind of different sports: nordic walking (can t run yet, so do fast walking instead) gym (weightlifting), swimming and spinning bike. I guess its best to mix it. but which is the best for losing weight? Thanks :)
