I've been thinking about it too. I'm taking today off because I have a knee that has been messed up since jr. high, and I couldn't get it to bend last night. But I might give level two a go next week. I've already seen huge improvements in how far I can go just since I started. Let me know if you do it!

I started about four days early, but in the beginning I could barely get to the second set. Now I'm finishing the whole thing and I can really see a difference in my endurance. I'm not sure I've ever stuck with anything long enough to see a difference in that!

I've been recording it as circuit training, but it seems pretty high. I've been wondering how everyone else does it too.....

I started yesterday, with the hopes of being able to get through a whole workout by October 1st. I've had terrible knees since I was in jr. high, but I found a great brace and actually jumped around yesterday. No more excuses!! :happy:
