  • Hi there, I'm in a similar position . Lost wgt consistently jan 2012 to aug 2012 (lost 39 pounds). However I've seemed to have lost then put on the same three pounds over the last 3 months! I'm up for any challenge. Would love to lose another 10 pounds by Xmas!! Diane x
  • Great I'm up for it again. Just got back for holiday and logged my June 1 st wgt - not much of a loss but I blame our queen!(jubilee celebrations.......) Anyway I'm going to really try and hit my target for June. Good luck everyone Diane

  • Lost 1 pound! Hoped for 2 but hey it's a loss so still happy.
  • Well I just lost 0.5 pound - but 0.5 in 5 days is okay.... My target for next friday is a 2 pound loss so need to step up the exercise. Good luck everyone.
  • 2 April - 30 mins of just dance and 3 April 60mins of Zumba (wii) 4 April- Going to a live Zumba class tonight - for the first time!
  • 55min wii Zumba 2 - logged it as dancing on mfp = 305 cals. Wii states I've burned off about 600 cals but really think that's too high!
  • Well just weighed in and I've lost another pound so CW 158 - just one pound off target. Really pleased. Look forward to the next challenge!!

  • I've just joined! I love zumba 2 for the wii and just bought just dance 3 which I've been doing it on the sweatmode and it' s really effective. I plan to alternate so I don't get bored. Any other suggestions for the wii or dvd's would be much appreciated. Good luck everyone.
  • It's Thursday - my 5th weigh in. SW 167 CW 159 - so lost 1 pound this week. TW by 1 April 157 - so got 2 pounds to lose in 3 days!! I'm just so happy to be in the 150's! Good luck everyone

  • Hi there, I'm 43 and 5.3. I've been logging onto mfp for the last 8 weeks and so far lost 18 pounds - another 32 to go. I've not been on any particular plan as such just healthly eating and sticking to my calorie allowance. Oh and working out to wii Zumba about 4 times a week! I do eat back calories and I do cheat…
  • Okay 2nd weigh in SW -167 TW- 157 by 1 April I'm now 164 - so lost another 1.5 pounds! I am pleased although thinking maybe I set my target weight a bit low...... I'm going to really step up the exercise. Good luck everyone
  • Okay just done day one of level one. Really shocked at how tough it was! I watched it beforehand and though it looked okay - I mean how hard could it be - just 20mins!! Well very very hard! . The main thing for me was the speed of moving up from the floor to do the cardio- I just couldn't keep up. Aso the jumping jacks…
