You are doing an awesome job. Don't deprive yourself of anything. Watch your calories and remember it took you almost a year to put the weight on (pregnancy). It will just take you a little while to take it off. Just keep working at it and the size 8-10 will happen.

Hi everyone, I did week 3 day 1 today. I had a bit of a struggle with the first little hill on my first three minute jog. But, other than that the rest of the jog/walk went pretty smoothly. Looking forward to day two.

Thing is ground Turkey can be used for everything that Beef is used for. The meatloaf recipe my mom makes is 1lb ground Turkey, Salsa, egg, oatmeal. Mix it together and throw in the oven for 20 minutes to a half hour.

Have the cheeseburger with out the bun. Or, go get a package of morning side grillers. I fix them just like a cheese burger and I use the orowheat multigrain sandwich thins. In order for this to work for you. You need to find healthier versions of the foods that you love and fix that.

Doing Week 2 again, felt I need another week. Still thinking I will wait until fall to make any plans for graduation. I don't have problems with bikes. Got to deal with cars. I am thinking of trying some running/jogging on trails in the conservation area.

As a person who lives with PCOS. Things quit working and we have to take hormones just to have a normal cycle. It is just easier to lose the weight specially when we get tired of having to use a pill to be normal.

I started my training outside. I am a WalMart overnight cashier so I am stuck inside. The only day I am inside is on Wednesday mornings. And then I use the track. I stay away from the treadmill. I also was a runner about 30 years ago all the fun was taken out of it for me.

I have used Asparagus with beef in a stir fry before. It was really good, but Asparagus is not one of my favorite vegetables so I have to mix it with something else. I don't really eat breakfast foods. Unless it is eggs or something like that. My breakfast is usually 5 in the evening when I get up.

Three days a week I do The biggest loser workout -Cardio Max. One day a week I try to get Zumba in and one day week whatever outside chore that will burn calories(mowing the lawn). Or I should say that the one day of the week is either Zumba or mowing.

I have worked the night shift for 6 years. I get home at 8 in the morning. In bed by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. and up no later than 6 pm. Recently, I started working out, and I exercise from 7 to 8 in the evening. Then get myself ready for work by 9.

The one I got from the south beach diet many years ago: one cup any flavor yogurt, fruit of choice, 1/2 cup ice. But, I eliminated the need for ice and use frozen berries/fruit. Because it also has a tendency of being like icecream. I use a 1/2 cup water. My daughter makes it this way, but she adds a banana to it.

I ate the equivalent of a medium bag of movie theater popcorn by myself today. And Wednesday morning bought a 5 piece Chicken strip from Sonic. And yes I logged both.
