194 lbs and going down, and I now fit into 16's without a W attached to it. I am not going to be in those for very long. It is the first time in 20 years I have been this low.

Congrats for returning the food, but this may help you to stay away from those kinds of purchases in the future. Any Pharmaceutical, i.e.( vitamins and such) or food related product once it leaves the store and is returned has to be sent to the claims area and possibly thrown out. Depend on the company.

Just go for a walk, or get a dvd and use that.

Here is my list: Got to wear khaki or brown britches to work. Nothing fits me. And, my budget is having a hard time keeping up with my weight loss.

It is alright to splurge once in a while just yesterday I went to Barbecue restaurant called Bandanas. And I over ate on my calories for the day. I knew it was going happen. But, when I started this journey back in April I knew that these days would happen and I have decided to not feel guilty over it.

Thankfully, when I go visit my friend Renee in October I will be able to keep my streak going.

I use it whenever I feel the creepy crud coming on. An idea I got from Pinterest: Apple cider vinegar, honey, cayenne pepper, and ginger. Trust me it works for me.

A lot of companies I think go with a generic sized pattern. I have always liked having my mom make my dresses when I was growing up. Partly, because I always got some awesome comments on the dress.

I log in the mornings when I get home from work. And again when I get up in the evenings after working out.

I guess I have to be lucky neither of my dogs would want to even chew on a fitbit. And, I hope your dog passes it alright.

I have only been doing it for four days. None of the exercises are hard to learn. It is a lot of what we did in p.e. growing up. The part I struggle with is jumping jacks. It is like I forgot how to do them.

I just have one almost 20 year old daughter. I have been MFP for 95 days and I started out at 247 now weight 210. If anyone wants to friend me they can.

I got three size 16 outfits that I have had since my daughter was little. I want to back into them before I get rid of them.

I had two ladies at work tell me I needed to stop because it was making my legs hurt.

Make sloppy joes and put it on bread if you don't have any buns.
