Day 32- still taking it easy, still have a cold, 40 minute Leslie Sansone.

Day 31- have a cold, needed to slow down. 42 minute Leslie 3 mile walk

Day 29- Leslie Sansone Day 30- 80 minutes alternating walking and running.

Day 28- 40 minutes of upper body strength training (my shoulders will feel it tomorrow!) and 27 minutes cardio, running/marching in place.

I have always had exercise induced asthma and I've noticed that my lungs seem stronger, this really is a triumph for me! Day 27- Leslie Sansone 4 mile super challenge! Followed by me running for 10 minutes because I've never run before and I had to give it a shot. I can do it!!! Running has always set off my asthma before so this is amazing! And by run, I mean a real slow lope but a girl has to start somewhere!

Day 26- 42 minutes Leslie Sansone 5k, 10 minutes fitness blender crunchless ab workout and some stretching.

Day 25- 65 minutes of alternating running and walking.

Day 23- 62 minutes walking and jogging.

Day 22- 42 minutes alternating walking/jogging plus ten minutes standing ab work from fitness blender.

Day 21- Ran stairs for 10 or so minutes, did a 40 minute Leslie Sansone and well, that pretty much sums it up.

Day 19, I was struggling today! So I declared today a working rest day and did 25 minutes walking and 10 minutes yoga.

Day 18- 40 minute Leslie 5K, 10 minutes fitness blender standing ab work and bonus 2 laps alternating running and walking at work while I let a student burn off steam, lol!

Man, spin class is the one thing I miss about not having a gym membership. WTG!

Day 10- Leslie Sansone 5K I had not the energy or willpower to push myself further.

Day nine- 62 minutes walking (Leslie Sansone 5K, done 1 1/2 times)

Day eight, 42 minutes Leslie Sansone. 10 minute Fitness Blender "Ultimate Squat Challenge 2" and fitness blender 8 minute cool down and stretch.

Specifically I work with kids that have emotional disorders/disabilities that interfere with their learning.
