Day 7- 20 minutes yoga. Hopefully tomorrow can be a kick butt day, i need one!

Day 6-30 minutes Pilates. I really worked my legs and bum.

Day 3- les mills combat power Kata Day 4- 11,000 steps at work!

Day 2, core de force MMA speed, 27 minutes. Plus 7,000-ish, steps at work.

Three days later (that was a wicked cold) DAY ONE! 30 minutes Leslie Sansone, 25 (ish) minutes walking at work. I went for more but am still kinda puny, so went for the balance between not pushing it and getting active again.

Starting over tomorrow, I've been really sick the past few days. ugh!

Day 35- Shoveled snow for 75 minutes Day 36- 3 mile Leslie Sansone I have a cold, will be taking it easier the next few days.

Day 32- Leslie Sansone, walk away the pounds Day 33- Core de Force MMA Shred. Had an asthma attack 14 minutes in, took my inhaler and limped through the rest. Day 34- Leslie Sanone, about 34 minutes. My lungs are still puny from yesterday, so I'm calling it good.

Day 30- Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds, 4 mile superchallenge. Day 31- Les Mills combat Power kata (it's 43 minutes long)

Day 28- Core de Force, power sculpt Day 29- Core de Force MMA Shred!

Day 26- 37 minutes Core de force MMA shred plus walking at work, about 6,000 steps.

Day 25 (a quarter of the way there!) Core de force MMA speed (27 minutes), I did active recovery for some serious stretching and another almost 10,000 steps at work. I'm kinda tired....

Day 24- Core de force MMA shred (37 minutes) and 9800 steps at work.

Day 23-Core de force, MMA speed (27 minutes), Core kinetics (16 minutes) and Active recover (20 minutes) Active recovery has 10 minutes of stretching and I really really needed that today.

Day 22- Leslie Sansones 5 Big miles.

I want to third fitness blender. It's AWESOME. Hundreds of workouts, you can pick type, intensity, length, and equipment.

I'm dong Core de Force right now and it's amazing. Modifications are provided. It's mixed martial arts.

Day 20, 35 minutes of core de force "power sculpt." I may have spent five minutes dancing with an eight year old as well. ;)

Day 19- (yesterday on the 5th) Core de Force MMA Power, about 47 minutes. Oh my hails, that was hard. Day 20- 30 minutes Les Mills Combat "Kick Start." and a half hour of Leslie Sansone plus a whole lot of shopping (grocery!) today.

Day 18- 10 minutes shoveling snow, 5 minutes pushing a car out of a snowbank (Hails yes, I'm counting that!), and 45-ish minutes doing Les Mills Combat "Power Kata." you may notice I like punching and kicking.

Yup yup! I was on day 69 and had to skip a day (mental health day) so I started on day one again. Total this is my sixth attempt at this challenge, I've completed it 3 times and was unable to complete it twice. I've been here since the beginning. It's been a great motivator for me to keep moving.

Day 17- 40 minute Leslie Sansone. I gave up my time spot for a killer workout to help my 16 year old finish a book report. When started exercising just before 8pm, Leslie was all I had energy for. BUT, I moved! Killer workout tomorrow!

Day 16-20 minutes snow shoveling, 37 minutes core de force, MMA Shred and 17 minutes Core Kinetics. Oh my gravy!

Day 15- Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk (30 minutes) followed by Core de Force recovery workout (10 minutes light cardio plus 10 minutes stretching.) It's a bonifide rest day and I needed it!
