Day 14- Core de force, 47 minute Dynamic strength. Some day I'll be able to do full on push-ups, right?

Day 13, I took core de force off today and did 80 minutes Leslie Sansone (Leslie 5K, twice). My shoulders were hurting, I needed a day of something else.

Day 12- Core de force MMA speed. It's a 37 minute work out plus 10 minutes light cardio and 10 minutes stretching.

Day 11- Core de force, body sculp. 36 minutes. I did 10 minutes light cardio and 10 minutes stretching after that.

Day 9- 35 minutes Core de Force MMA Speed (27 minutes stretching) plus stretching. My Christmas present from my mom! Day 10- 47 minutes Core de Force Dynamic strength, plus 35 minutes snow shoveling.

Day 8- Les Mills combat, the live workout. 53 minutes of intense kicking and punching. Holiday stress? This will cure it all!

Day 7- Okay, today i did mountains of baking and I seriously didn't know if I'd get my workout in. Well, I looked at the clock and it was 8:45, I quickly threw on my exercise clothes and did Les Mills Combat Kick Start (30 minutes) so YES, It was late and I just barely finished but I got it in!

Day 6- 45 minutes, Les Mills Combat- Power kata (which apparently is no longer for sale, good thing I have mine copied on my hard drive in case something happened to my DVD's)

Day 5- 35 minutes walking

Day four, a couple hours walking while shopping.

Oh my gosh, I love that! I need it printed and on my wall, right above my weights and kettlebells! DAY 1- 90 minutes shoveling snow! Thanks @lamlam2013 I love this challenge. It's kept me motivated to keep active. I've been at it since the beginning and have finished it a total of 3 times out of 5 attempts. I'm not giving up! Actually, I'm a little excited to start at day one again. I love seeing those digits go up, up, up!

Apparently I made it to 265 days exercising! However I will need to start at day one again tomorrow. Today was an emotionally draining day and I just can't exercise.

Day 56- 37 minutes Fitness Blender low impact cardio and Fitness Blender 15 minutes ab work. I sprained my ankle. That'll get a girl out of the Leslie rut.

Day 49- 40 minute Leslie Sansone Day 50- 32 minutes fitness blender cardio followed by a 15 minute Leslie Sansone one mile.

Day 48- 45 minutes Leslie Sansone 3 miles, I included 30 minutes walking at a leisurely pace (2.5 mph) from work in my exercise.

Day 44-I can't remember, I'm thinking it was 60 minutes Leslie Sansone, i know I did something and sweated. Day 45-1 hour and 20 minutes running/walking intervals. 5 miles total. (more walking then running obviously) Day 46- Fitness Blender 30 minutes upper body strength, 40 minutes walking
