Totally relevant since scentsy is MLM. Personally the oils drive me crazy. I have a scent allergy that sets off my asthma. Some essential oils, especially in a diffuser, set off my asthma. I said so on facebook and someone replied that I needed to try whatever brand they were using, because obviously tainted, less pure…

I'm just a sucker, no food involved. :open_mouth:

Fitness blender online has hundreds of free workouts. Just look for cardio workouts that are rated "5" (toughest). They're on youtube too.

In a much smarter move on my part, I make the most amazing rolls and a batch just came out of the oven. Hmmmm, real food.

I politely chatted and let her give her shpeel. I can honestly say now, that I know what Isogenix has to offer and I'm not interested. I'm not getting sucked in to listening again.

I totally walked into this. Friend, fellow twin mom that I've known for years has been on a fitness journey, we're facebook friends and I really admire her fitness journey, this summer she ran an AMAZING 50K. She messages me about her business and I let her know that I'm a hard sell (like never) and she's wasting her time.…

Day 43- 80 minutes alternating running and walking.

I exercise because I feel so much better. It wasn't easy and it didn't happen immediately but a year and a half later, I can say, totally worth it. I'm more relaxed, I deal with stress better, I'm happier and when I started a new job that involved sometimes taking over 10,000 steps in six and half hours, I totally was up…

I plan on exercising in the am, eating what I enjoy which would include my homemade apple pie (which is da bomb, fresh apples, pie crust made with real butter, hmmmm) and moving on Friday. My dressing is incredible too, I dried artisan breads into crumbs and will use herbs from kitchen garden. The week of Christmas is the…

It's a nutritional elitist thing. My husband's former boss was big into isogenix and tried to sell to him all the time and he had a TERRIBLE relationship with food. When he did indulge in something he deemed unworthy, he'd fast and "cleanse" to get toxins out of his body. And he was incredibly unhealthy looking. Bad skin…

There was talk about more energy too, thankfully the details are buzzing out of my head.

I only put arsenic in elderberry wine.
-
Same type of logic for sure. What, you didn't buy either?

Oh man, I forgot our nutritionally depleted soil, which leads to our nutritionally devoid food. How could I forget that gem? Also, our body is full of microtoxins that hold onto fat. Get rid of the microtoxins (via their clense) and lose the fat.

It was the biggest woo fest I've ever attended and I didn't even buy tickets.

Being told how bad my homemade soup is. My homemade soup full of veggies, chocked full of veggies, and protein. That killed me a little bit inside. Also, being told about the family saving $275 a month on groceries because of their investments in the shakes. Uh, I feed my family on $400 a month. My family of SEVEN. When I…

Day 42 (Add in my two previous completions of this challenge, it's day 242) and I did 32 minutes fitness blender cardio followed by 20 minutes of weights. My weights were cut short because I had an asthma attack. Kids cooking... ugh!
