I posted these pictures under success stories but no one seemed to notice. I thought I'd repost here to show you guys what this challenge has helped me accomplish. I'm officially 58 pounds lighter now. :)

Day seven- 30 minutes upper body strength and 40 minutes light cardio.

Got some hiking done in Yellowstone. We did a few boardwalks but we did get on some more natural trails and although they weren't very long, there were some great climbs. It was fantastic.

Day 5- 48 minutes, Leslie Sansone. Plus, for fun, over 10,000 steps at work.

Day 4- Leslie Sansone's 5K, (twice, so 80 minutes total) Plus 8,500 or so steps at work, that I'm not even counting as an actual workout.

Yesterday, Day 2- leslie 5K Today, On top of the 8,000 steps at work (whew!) A 50 minute fitness blender alternating between abs and kickboxing.

OP, good for you on taking what was said to heart and really examining what's going on to try and find a solution. <3 I hope you find answers on what works for you. Day 100- Hiking in Yellowstone. Only hiked a mile but half of it was up this wicked hill. It was awesome! Actually, this is Day 200, because I've completed this without any breaks twice in a row now. Tomorrow, Day 1 again!

It's not good to exercise the same muscles in a strenuous manner for multiple days in a row. However, you can work upper body one day, lower body the next, or mix in what I call "active rest days." If I'm tired, or achy, I do a light walk, yoga, some kind of stretching. But I still count it. Days with no activity are bad…

Day 99- Hiking in Yellowstone, about an hour total. Awesome!

Day 98- 43 minutes Leslie Sansone and well, 20 minutes or so of hauling and moving cases of food, bought at a case lot sale. I can haul 50 pound bags of wheat!

Day 93- a thirty minute walk and Fitness blender KILLER HIIT & kettlebell workout (42 minutes). The fitness blender was AS BILLED! It was tough!
