Day 7- An hour Leslie Sansone. Frankly I was exhausted, so no kettlebells today. However, last nights evening stroll was so refreshing, I may need to do that again tonight.

Day 6- 78 minutes walking, although I did throw squats in there too.

Day 4- 53 minutes Leslie Sansone walking, 10 minutes ab work and 8 minute stretch. I'm thinking a nice walk if it's a cool evening would be good as well.

Day 3, 50 minute bike ride with my hubby. I kicked it up this awesome hill, my endurance has really improved in the last 6 months.

Day 2 Odd workout day. officially I went on a half hour walk with running spurts. (my running spurts were few and far between,) unofficially I was on a ladder for two hours picking cherries. It was quite a bit of work.

Just agreeing with this. I ended up with a high risk twin pregnancy (My identical twins shared a placenta and the blood supply for one twin went to the other twin). Day 97- 42 minutes Leslie Sansone and 39 minutes Fitness blender barre workout.

Just do the best you can! I've had crazy, travel to a different state, get home really late and barely get that workout in days. Keep going forward and if the day is super crazy, it's okay to throw a light exercise for your own sanity.

Yeah, didn't do that, lol. I ended up doing 53 minutes walking, (Leslie again, rut?) 30 minutes kettlebells off fitness blender and 8 minute cool down. I made sure to do a different kettlebell routine so I could get some different exercises in.

Day 96-, not done yet but as soon as I can, it's Les Mills combat today!

Day 95- over an hour of walking.

Day 94- 40 minute Leslie, 20 minutes upper body focused kettle bells, 10 minutes abs and 8 minutes stretching. I may, possibly go for a bike ride this evening with my hubs.

Day 93- a five mile Leslie Sansone (80 minutes or so) and a 45 minute leisurely bike ride.

Good for you! I made it to 179 days before I had to take a break for a few days because I was very sick.

Monday we went to Yellowstone for the day. I LOVE hiking in Yellowstone, it's my most favorite way to move. For a bonus burn, I pushed my MIL in her wheelchair up some awesome hills. She worried she was killing me, as I was panting and I told her, no no, this is FUN for me! lol

Day 91- 40 minutes Leslie Sansone, 22 minutes kettlebells, 8 minutes stretching.

Day 92- 83 minutes Leslie Sansone. It was one of her 5 big mile programs.

Day 91- hiking. I'm not sure how much hiking but we're spending the day in Yellowstone. :) I love hiking in Yellowstone, it's my favorite all time exercise. :smiley:
