Today I burned 650 doing walking and running on a treadmill.

I am a college student who has let the experience add more then just the freshman 15. I am 60 lbs more then I was when I was a freshmen 5 years ago. It is time for a change. My goal is to lose 30 pounds to jump start the entire goal of 60! If anyone has any exercise tips I would love to hear them.
