I am a college student who has let the experience add more then just the freshman 15. I am 60 lbs more then I was when I was a freshmen 5 years ago. It is time for a change. My goal is to lose 30 pounds to jump start the entire goal of 60! If anyone has any exercise tips I would love to hear them.

Knowledge isn't the only thing most people gain in college. :noway:
College stresses and horrible cafateria food (along with those cheapo raman noodles and of course the beer) tend to give us the body we always were afraid we would get. Sadly we are all too "invincible" to think it could happen to us.
If I only knew then what I know now (about a lot of things)0 -
