My suggestion would be to start off by walking a couple miles a day. It will give you a lot more energy and might give you the motivation to start working out more. I think exercise and working out go hand in hand. Once you start being more active, you'll want to start eating better too. Good luck!

You definitely need to eat more than you are in order to give your body the energy it needs to burn off the fat! I would definitely lean more towards eating 6 times a day: Breakfast, snack (2-3 hours later), Lunch, snack, Dinner. It will help speed up your metabolism which will make you lose weight quicker.
