The Panera squash soup and wheatberry salad is my favorite, I try not to eat the baguette but I always ask for it and eat 1/2 for the soup and dressing.

I just couldn't the effects of Metformin... it made me too dizzy! I hope it's not essential to PCOS, I read somewhere that it's used mainly for weight loss for women diagnosed with PCOS but not diabetic?

This is so informative! Thank you. I was diagnosed with PCOS last year but I couldn't take the effects of metformin so I just took the the pills for 6 mts. What everyone is saying here how our body reacts to food is spot on and I thought it was just me.

Thanks for the awesome replies! I did eat since I don't want to go to bed starving. Apple slices with peanut butter... still have abt 140 for calories left but I was over that amount yesterday so that evens it out. Thank you all and goodnight!

Hi, Evenings are the worst for me with binge eating and it's worse when I'm anxious. I was able to curb it for a few weeks by setting my last food intake (whatever it is, didn't have to be a healthy choice) by 8 pm and even lost 4 lbs from it. It was very difficult mentally and that's the main reason why I haven't done it…

I for one will try cross fit if I'm only 50 lbs overweight (estimate) since I want to protect my hip and knee joints from squats and jumps. I'm 35 so I'm starting to feel the toll of being overweight on my joints.

Good job on the weight loss. I used to weigh 255 lbs, dropped down to 210 lbs then creeped up again at 230 lbs after a year. I understand your frustration, I seem to expand every time I eat a fast food sandwich even after months of not buying any! Right now I'm on track with eating less since I don't feel so pressured to…
