-
You're amazing and look at those abs!!! WOW!
-
One of the 10 min solution things are good I'm also doing Perfect Abs which KILLS me, it's just 8 or 9 mins and it's a killer wo (workout). I'm still feeling it tonight from yesterday.
-
I'm definitely going to workout tomorrow on my abs!
-
OKAY, here's the Official Abs Workout thread! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/233282-official-abs-workout-thread-commit-to-doing-your-abs

Oh I'm doing this amazing dvd, I was just searching for it for you in Australia http://www.cdwow.com.au/DVD/perfect-abs/dp/1295619 Even WITH you doing all those crunches I think you'd love this thing. EDIT: just thinking, someone - one of us or something has to start a daily ab wo (workout) thread. Like an official one. I…

So jealous of your abs gf!!! Good for you! Ok! I'm gonna do a round of abs RIGHT NOW. Sheesh! I've been working on mine too but not CONSISTENTLY!

Just lost about 30 lbs as of now, and it's taken me from Jan 20, 2011 till like 2 days ago, so what is that 3.5 months right? I have a long way to go. And I plateaued for almost the entire month of April.

You've got to get a job and move out. Harsh I know but it sounds like it's time and they might be pushing you to get out too. I know it's tough, and it's a tough world out there but once you're responsible for you it will be better. Good luck......follow your path :)

You look gorgeous!!! Wow, what an inspiration!
-
You look great! Keep on down that scale! You'll get there! :)

I just wanted to chime in that my hypo is improving a bit...low cal snacks I do are Kosher Dill Pickles and Apples....but ymmv, some hypos can't do apples - too much sugar. The problem is that I have several dx's that interfere with each other. I have IBS, Hypoglycemia, and low energy. But I do the best I can. GL to…

Symptoms are the best indicator since the GTT doesn't always show it either. There are literally millions of people affected by hypoglycemia that do not do well on the GTT. Until they have a better test, it's all there is but it's really difficult to get the correct dx and many with hypoglycemia fail the GTT. I did, but I…

Light headedness, you feel faint if you don't have something to eat after a few short hours, etc. They gave me the orange juice test in college that was absolutely horrible for me. Then they said, no you don't have it. Well, I'm NEVER taking that horrible thing again, and I've known I've had it for decades, I have the…

I have to say you're as gorgeous as a supermodel now. You were cute before, now you're like gobsmacking head turning gorgeous, you're FIERCE! Good for you! And what an inspiration!

I am 5 lbs now from my monthly goal which is 210, so, I'm going to try to lose to 205 instead! Can I make it? Tune in, same time, same channel at the end of the month!

That's what happened to me and it unmotivated me big time. To the point where I plateaued in April, the entire month. I was so frustrated with the scale I was using it was just ...too much. Seriously I suggest you get this scale, as it's accurate and doesn't rely on cheapshots like "memory" of your weight, it's…

I know what you mean about SP. I tried to lose weight there but I couldn't. It's too much info, too overwhelming. This is a clean user-friendly site, and it's much more stripped down. :) And right about my scale, because of the inaccuracy I lost my motivation. At this point though, I am almost 30 lbs down and I've been…

Guess what? I get to MOVE MY TICKER DOWN TODAY! Ok I changed it!!! The ENTIRE MONTH OF APRIL I was PLATEAU'ED. Here's what I did to break the plateau: 1. Tracked everything better 2. Snacks are: APPLES, & KOSHER DILL PICKLES 3. Lowered my daily cal count from 1350 to 1300 - not a lot but I think it helped. I tend to almost…

I think it depends on where you live. Where I live there is fast food but I live closer to a Whole Foods Market and a WF type of market. I don't think fast food is on every corner. When I lived in a larger city than I do now there was fast food. I think when you live in a poorer area you have less choices. Lots of people…

My metabolism is *not* cooperating, according to the scale I weigh .4 lbs heavier than yesterday. Not worried too much about it. I need to watch this like a hawk and weigh myself a LOT, that is what works for me. My eating was excellent yesterday and it is today. I am going to continue monitoring my weight all month and it…

We did not go on our usual weekly bike ride today so we'll have to wait till next week when we're out of crunch time. Hiiiiii to all the new people on the thread :)
-
Starting weight I think is 220 - so aiming for 210
-
I have to say that those tires (tyres for UK'ers) - the smooth in the middle with nobbies on the sides were the "#1 most requested tires" at the bike shop. My bike came with them. I absolutely adore them.
-
I do!! Want to lose 10 lbs in May!
-
Dunno if this helps anyone with their bike tires but mine are a bit fat, with smooth in the middle and knobby on the sides. Worked great when we were off roaded a bit in the park last week. I really want to get to the park, maybe tomorrow :)
-
GM, I'm hoping to have a binge-free day, work on a lot of household chores, and get things done.
-
Hi there, I'm back, hoping to lose just 5 lbs for the month of May. IDK if it will happen. I'm kind of stalled but I will keep trying :)
-
lol, I thought I was the only one who ate bugs by accident on my last ride lol.
