Pilates for abs?
So, what do people think of doing pilates for stronger abs? Is it considered the best? This is not pilates with machines but as I'm a member of Gaia or Gaiam was just looking and they have Mari Winsor & Ana Caban, etc. They looked pretty great imho.

Soo, I've been going to online oa meetings again
I love them. So convenient. This is really funny but I was in one last night my time 3 am and someone else from my vicinity was also there at 3 am!!!! lol

I went to OA last night & still had a BED attack
And gained 1 lb from it. My fault. TIRED. Was in the KITCHEN. I was COOKING LATE. I should have been upstairs in bed, but was doing this long cooking thing. And I was EXHAUSTED. I binged. Capital letters emphasize all the trigger areas for me.

Do you have non-Binge Eating Disorder days naturally?
I don't know whether it's because I'm walking a lot, but the two binges I had was right before my PMT. Otherwise, I'm sort of "in recovery". Really strange. I'm walking 5 miles a day with my dh.
