Things helping me:
*Long walks burning lots of cals
*I have IBS - my stomach hurts a lot, I find that air popped pocorn with nothing on it helps. It tastes kind of awful, like cardboard. I hope that doesn't trigger anyone. It helps heal my stomach pains. I should mention that IBS stomach pain is another reason I have OA issues, because food in there helps soothe. This is just one of my solutions.
*Counting cals and being aware of all cals
*Going to online meetings, sharing even when the room is blank
*Attempting to go to MFP daily.

Google: Overeaters Anonymous Meetings***Find A Meeting****choose online and it will give you links that you can dial (?) into and find an online meeting..the Recovery Group is a good one ;o) Hope this helps ;o)0
