Food plan that works for me

First let me say again, please friend me my OA sisters and brothers.

Second, here is what works for me, I am not perfect "progress not perfection" but when I follow this, it works.

Breakfast - oatmeal

Lunch - 1 serving of a baguette, cheese

Dinner - A LIGHT meal from a light cooking cookbook

Snacks - 1 slice of homemade Amish bread with homemade peanut butter (or another nut butter) around 4:00 pm.

After dinner snack - veggie juice, with veggies I hate, plus a banana & apple in it that I make

Dessert after dinner - apple

When I do this, I lose weight. It is just my guideline. Plus doing some kind of exercise daily, like walking helps.

Extra snack if needed: air popped popcorn, sometimes with things on it like water spritzed and Mr. Kernal toppings or just plain, nothing on it.
