I eat quite a bit and what I've found is hill walking for 2 hours a day burns about 1000 cals, so yeah, I eat fats, food, everything now. Bonus now is that there is weight loss and I get to eat!

I have a definite dodgy tummy. I would advise you to do something else that is much more low impact like walking. Walking can work off 300 cals an hour or more if you walk fast, then work up to hill walking. Hope this helps! x

I'm not sure why but people who were on WW usually don't log them. It's "free points" I think on WW, so that is why. Here's my take on it. I was originally at 1400 cals but only recently lowered it to 1200. The reason is that I was doing 900 a day walking hills. I would wind up eating 1600-1800 a day. So I just lowered it to 1200 and still eat around the same amt about 1500-1800 a day, depending on how many cals I burn. I would say…

Hi, IDK where you're living but if you walk on hills it's like a HUGE calorie burn. You have to start on flat surfaces and work up to it, say a week or two of several miles of straight walking. It is amazing what those hills do for you! GL!
