I have a problem with that too. The best solution for me is to just not buy them, so they aren't there to tempt me. Also I find that if I just take a few and then put the box away right away, I'm less likely to keep going back for more.

A banana or other fruit, maybe some peanut butter or nutella if I have enough extra calories, or frozen yogurt. If I'm really craving sugar and don't have enough calories, I will eat a small scoop of cool whip.. some people might think that's weird but I really like it when I need a quick sugar fix.

I agree with this! I don't think it's necessary. I lost over 20 pounds previously, the first time I was on mfp, without a scale. I know I underestimate some things and overestimate others, but I guess it evens out.

^This!! I run because I like to run. And because I like to eat. I'm not good at sports and have never been very athletic, but running is something I can do.

I use herbs/spices, without salt and it turns out just as good. I don't like meat without some type of seasoning, at least garlic and pepper! Just try experimenting with some that work for you. I really can't stand sweet potatoes. & fried pork rinds (I think that's what they're called?) .. I hate the smell of them.

I just started this a little over a month ago.. I can already fit into some of my old clothes! I have a lot of clothes but I had gained too much weight to fit into most of them.. now I can finally wear them! I can run longer and I can lift a lot more!

I have lost weight, and still eat fast food, pizza, doughnuts, and soda pretty often.. it's all about eating smaller portions and staying at your calorie limit! Right now I'm really just focusing on getting into an exercise routine and adjusting to smaller portion sizes, and then I'll work on eating cleaner later on.

I finished week 4 today! I got about halfway through it, dropped my phone, and had to restart the phone. I ended up doing the entire run over again! I surprised myself at being able to run that much. I'm nervous about the 20 minute run at the end of week 5.. I have NEVER ran that long without taking a few breaks to walk!

I think you should just do whatever you think your body can handle. Personally, if it were me I would just wait one extra day to do C25k because both on the same day would be too much. I finished week 4 of c25k today and have had to skip a couple extra days here and there because of work/school scheduling and I don't think…

Most Mexican restaurants can be somewhat healthy, if you get corn tortillas instead of flour and stay away from the chips! I like Chipotle and Taco Bueno. Someone else mentioned McDonalds.. if you need something quick, a kid's meal really isn't all that bad in calories. A serving of the kid's meal French fries is only 100…

I'm not a morning person AT ALL and I never have been. I work out after I get home from work.

I could easily eat an entire container of homemade salsa or guacamole! And I mean a pretty big container!
