I havent done it, but since looking at this thread and investingating it further I have thought looks very good and might just give it a try sometime, but I do think I wouldn struggle with the very very low carb aspect at the beginning, but it is only 17 days before moving up to the next level :wink:

:laugh: so sounds like me, ive got so many tucked away from Billy Blanks to Jillian Micheals, you name them ive probably got them, even as far back as Jane Fonda and anyone remember Callan Pinkney's Callenetics?, this was just ace, but I had on VHS and cannot find on DVD:sad:

Really is a double edge sword, I do empathise with her situation, running a home, being a mum and working to then find time to exercise and stuff but then to have cookies, ice cream, alcohol, chocolate, takeways etc etc the list goes on oh and then to say they are her childrens, well she shouldnt be feeding herself these…

if you dont like/enjoy it then dont eat it. Me I eat greek yoghurt and add granola to mine or occasionally a wee bit of cherry jam to sweeten it

in uk can get from QVC but to be honest I just went to her website and clicked the try it tab and use her 16 minute 1 mile walk. I have also bookmarked several youtube pages of hers

Think thats more a mind set thing rather than a diet thing, I have been on a VLC plan before to shift weight quick to bring my BMI down to a safer level, where upon went back to normal eating. Lots of people do this under medical supervision like myself, anorexics, well thats more secretive.

starting over again myself, was here back in January and lost 16lb, stopped logging and it started to go back on again. Well dione for coming back, its a step in the right direction and I wish you the best of luck x

I use them grated in to minced/ground beef or turkey for burgers. I grate them into a seive/strainer and sprinkle with a little salt to help drain off their water, leave for a little while. I then give them a good squeeze to get as much luquid out of them as possible., very tasty.
