snap me too, it's the little bits that add uo in the end! I do weight/measure things, so if a serving is 100g and I only had 50g, I will put 0.50 etc

surely it should be the other way round, show up having put weight on and your fined and maybe even benched for a while, but to be given a bonus if you say within their range, yes something wrong there, they get paid enough already!

I would agree, your carbs are complex not refined so I wouldnt be too concerned.

well is deffo does for me, I can go up by upto 5lb, but this soon drops off after anlong with a little more, I have made the decision not to weigh each week, im gonna do after my TOM, this way I wont get discouraged in seeing a progress line that goes up and down. BEST OF LUCK

When you get in the bath and the water behind you sits higher than the water in front and when it drains away, its all gone in front but still left behind you! also when you end up sitting half perched on the sani bin in the public bathrooms cos your booty hangs over the end of the seat oooooooow.

Lots of people recommend zigzagging your calorie, in other words some days higher and others lower just as long as it balances out at end of week, I didn't move for 5 weeks and I found that by reducing my carbs and upping my protein I got things moving again. I aim for 100g daily total on both, this works for me. Good luck.

I use flat bread/naan or tortilla as a base, add a dollop of tomato puree and then add tuna and grated cheese, yummy and I can have this with the kids so dont have to do a separate meal

I went and located circuit training, I put in time done and then went and created exercise
