  • way to go! I know where your coming from on this one. I come up with stars in my eyes from doing shoe etc up unless put across my leg or up on the bed. I even have to pick my shoes very carefully, I love my heels but cant do anything with buckles etc.
  • :laugh: I do the same, put dvd on then go change into joggers, get glass water, dumbells etc, by time im back DVD's sitting at workout menu for me to choose, then away we go.

  • I found that my muscles directly above my knees were sore but not the joints themselves. Perhaps dont squat so low and maybe exchange the jumping jacks for the skipping, but instead of coming up all the way off the floor with your feet come up onto your toes, so barely any impact for your knees.:wink:
