Because I have been bouncing around between 193 and 208 for 3 years and I am tired of it.

I log my gains for a couple of reasons. To learn from my patterns and to feel better about myself when I lose the gain.

I was mizled into thinking I didnt have to count my alcohol calories. Boy, was I wrong. That friends was a major mizler.

It happens, you will get used to it. Remember, skinny people gain weight on vacation but they take it off when they get home. You're one of them now!

I weigh everyday but log my weight Saturday morning unless I met my goal on Friday, then I use that. I have a goal of a pound a week.

So if I say way to go becauwe somebody has logged on for 5 days in a row or burned some calories or had a loss I am not paying attention? It's all I have time for. I dont have time to read anyones diary so I dont comment on them. I have never even seen that before.

I would push my goal out to make it more attainable. You dont want to stumble this close to the finish line!

Pizza sandwiches. Use a 1/2 sourdough roll spread with some spaghetti sauce, topped with low fat cheese and other toppings of choice. Bake until melted. I like to put my toppings under the cheese so they dont slide of the sandwich.

The canned veggies that have potatoes in them make a salad more on the heartty side.

Whenever I need a guaranteed loss for the next day, the night before I will have make salad and dump a can of tuna on it. I have been canning beets and they go well with it. If you dont have home canned beets try marinating the store bought ones in a little vinegar or a dressing before serving and keep them nice and cold.…

I mix a bottle of Ken's light ceaser vinegarette and a bottle of Ken's light creamy ceaser to make the perfect light ceasar dressing. It's 90 calories for 2 T's and tastes like it is alot more.

I am very fortunate that I dont like sweets. But I make up for it with cheese and wine.

I have 12 or 24 with a whole or half piece of fruit depending on how many calories I have set aside.
