Definte problem for me. I used to be able to drink wine and still lose but all of a sudden I cant. I am going to give it up during the week and see what happens.

This is why I dont make my diary public. I dont always have time to log my dinner calories so when my "friends" give ma a WTG it is because I logged in for the day, not because of my caloric intake.

Is this a regular thread? I just started atkins to change things up and am not too thrilled with how their message boards are set up. I am a loyal MFP'er and would love to be able to stay right here and do atkins as well.

Not this again. The "well done" is for logging food. The message that comes up says so and so logged their food.

I am starting over for the 3rd year in a row. I always seem to backslide this time of year. I have set myself a goal to maintain until mid january after a vacation then back on the wagon. I figure it is better than giving up altogether and gaining more through the holidays.

Read this book "the easy way to quit smoking". It will help you stay the course, I promise! They want you to smoke while you read it unless you have already quit. Try using the MFP system to determine your calories. You might be surprised at how well it works.

The last time I was successful with my weight loss I remember that I felt and looked great at 163. That's about 15 pounds over my suggested goal. So I became discouraged because I could not get beyond 163 and slowly packed it back on. I am not making that mistake this time. 163 it is.

Did you come up with that calorie count yourself> I amd 5'5" and 195 and get more calories than you do. Did you utilize use the MFP proflie? It seems to me that you arent eating enough to cover those workouts. As mentioed above, slow and steady wins the race.

I had yogurt for BK and brought scrambled eggs smothered in home grown tomatoes to work for lunch. Tonight I will have pork chops with more tomatoes. Can you tell my tomatoes just started to ripen?

I have been thinking about this and now I am irritated. I went to my home page and just figured out what you are talking about. People arent saying "good for you for loggin in under your calorie goal". They are saying "good for you for logging your diet today". I think you are taking it the wrong way.

I set my weekly goals at weightchart.com where they have a goal graph as well as an actual graph that are interactive.. You can make notes each day to go back and see where your head was at that is very helpful.
