When I come home so starved I cant think straight I eat a pickle. It calms be down so I can prepare a healthy dinner. I usually skip breakfast but eat a mid morning snack, then lunch then an afternoon snack. Are you saving most of your calories for dinner?

I really like recipezaar.com because that have nutritional value for alrecipes and you can create and save a cookcook and even upload a photo if you make one of their recipes.

I gained all my weight back before. It sucked. The only thing worse than being overweight is getting skinny then gaining it all back plus some. I think it's going to take this time because I am rally focusing on my eating habits and having some fun with cooking.
