Probably not.

Not really, no.

Treadmill user = idiot???? You are certainly welcome to your opinion/preference, but... eh, nevermind.

I'm not following any of this.... If I have a beer or 2 or a glass of wine or two in the evening and it fits into my calories for the day, how is that inhibiting my weight loss? I'm not trying to be a wise *kitten*, I'm genuinely interested. Thanks

Please explain? What is a "belly fat blaster"?
-
Hello??? Pickles and onions! The thing is loaded with vegetables.

Although I haven't checked their web site, I am assuming that their flat bread is lower carb then their standard rolls.

Oh boy...

Big Mac diet? I'm in...

If you haven't had a BM in 5 days, you need to call your doctor... Like now.

I wouldn't recommend anything with a high sugar content, but lots of people use a lemon or lime wedge in their water.

You might want to consider opening up your food diary so you can get some feedback from that perspective.

You're not going to bulk up if you're eating at a caloric deficit, which you should be. That said, resistance training will be a great compliment to your current regimen. There is a plethora of information in these forums that will help you. Use the search button and review some threads on this same topic. Good luck!

I worked out doubly hard yesterday?

Unless you are crawling around at like 3 MPH for an extended period, I doubt it is worth worrying about.

Whatever works for you. I try to space things out so that I have essentially eaten 2/3's of my calories by the time I get home from work. Some people prefer a heavier breakfast and lunch and a lighter dinner.
-
I try to be rational. You are certainly not doing any harm to your self with a net calorie intake of 1460. That said, if you felt hungry after that walk, I'd encourage you to eat something. Simple... Good luck!

How quickly did you drink it? If you drank 4 cups of water in a couple of minutes, yes, I am sure that it made you feel sick.

I'm at the gym 2 - 3 nights per week, after work, and usually Saturday and Sunday. I don't get off the train until 6:30 pm and am exhausted, but I need to do it, so I do.

This does sound good.

How many calories for the whole bag? Just kidding... But for people who might not be able to resist the temptation, having a supply of these handy is probably not a great solution.

Good point. I'd also like you to stop saying you are addicted to sugar and carbs and everything else you are overeating. You said it yourself... You make bad choices, but they are choices. When you call it an addition, you are essentially saying it's not in your control. You don't need a diet drug, you need to start eating…

Looks like a good idea, but why are we calling it pasta?

2 things to consider... Have a snack mid-afternoon. It's good 2 build snacks into your day (mid-morning and mid-afternoon). You can also have a larger/higher calorie lunch and a lighter dinner. Good luck!

Forget about the high intensity stuff for now. Start by doing things you like... Walking? Do you own a bike? Go for leisurely bike rides. You can gradually increase the intensity of your workout, but don't rush it. Good luck!

I usually just go with the lower of the 2.
