If you are not losing weight, then you are not in a caloric deficit. You are either over-logging your exercise or under-logging your food.

Unfortunately, running does put a lot of stress of knees, hips and other joints. I suggest discussing with your doctor. Good luck!

I use the Zen Labs free C25K app. It's time based, so no GPS. There is a voice prompt as to when to walk, run, cool down, etc... I really like it. Good luck!

Legos.

Although I have no specifics, I know a lot of people that have had good success with WW. I think the meetings are really important to people who might struggle to do it on their own. Good luck!

It may be more than 1179 calories, but it's definitely not quite a lot.

That is very unfortunate, but I'm not sure why you would post it on this forum....

10 pounds in a month is excellent.

I don't think there is a "real" weight. It will vary constantly based on a multitude of factors. All that matters is that you weight yourself at the same time of day. Weighing your self frequently will only cause frustration, so I suggest once per week - same day, same time. Good luck!

Congratulations on the great weight loss to date...! You say that you are eating about 1200 calories per day and burning 500 from exercise. Are you eating back those 500 calories? If not, you are only netting 700 calories, which is not enough. Can you clarify?

If there was one near me with a full weight room... at $10/month I'd join in a heartbeat!

Well... You don't say anything about your diet or calorie intake, nor is your diary open. Losing weight happens from a calorie deficit, not from exercise. Exercise is helpful in creating the deficit, but it's about the calories... Please open up your diary for starters... Good luck!

Try to exercise self-control... Eat what looks good, just in responsible portions. Stop eating when you feel satisfied.

I can't explain this scientifically, but it is dehydration. I was sick with the flu a couple of months ago and like you, wasn't eating anything, but continued drinking water like normal. I eventually felt so sick, I went to a walk-in clinic. Due to my high fever they sent me to the ER. To make a long story short, I was so…

From your ticker, it looks like you still have quite a bit of weight to lose, although you have already lost a lot... Congratulations on that! That said, keep plugging along and it will happen. You don't mention what your exercise routines are, however, if you are not already doing so, you might want to incorporate some…

I love the Food Network. I usually watch it while working out of the Elliptical... Ironic, i Know....

Small portions?

Who does that?

I always bite the heads off of Gummy Bears... I know... I'm sick.

You might want to try posting this in the Technical Support thread.

I am not being judgmental, just wondering... If you don't even know what "eating clean" means, why are you doing it? What do you hope to gain? Good luck!

Can't agree more... I also resent the fact that my gym will be a zoo until like January 15th.

Well, your exercise routine sounds great, but it appears that you are not consistently logging all of your food. In terms of weightloss, exercise is really only a supplement to what you are eating and if you are not consistently eating at a caloric deficit, you will not lose any weight. Good luck!

You can create the recipe using MFP. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/calculator

I wouldn't say that this approach would work for everyone...

Almonds and brazil nuts... Raw and unsalted.

Well, you say that you are inactive due to your medical issue, so I would say that 1300 calories is probably fine for you. Once you become more active, just make sure you begin to eat more. Good luck!

"Thanks!"
