Spinning is great. Your calorie burn will be based on the intensity of the workout which will be governed by the instructor and by you.... You control how hard to work. I typically burn between 450 and 550 calories for an hour class, but have gone has high as 600 when I really worked at it. have fun!

Can you open up your diary?
-
I like mine cut into big chunks and roasted with olive oil, dried oregano and salt and pepper.
-
The title of your thread is "Will I lose weight eating this daily?"
-
Are we talking about the stuff in a can or actual good tuna?
-
All combined together, you've got yourself one decent meal. How long have you been eating that way?
-
You will need to unlock your diary.
-
Hoping this is sarcasm??

Great article... Highly recommended!

Not quite sure how to give you advice without seeing your food diary. That said, you'll never be successful on a long term basis if you're always hungry. If you are hungry, you're either eating too little, or you're eating the wrong things. Please unlock your diary so you can get some real advice. Good luck!

I wouldn't go near weights until your pain free. The pain can effect your form and result in a worse injury. Walking, stationary (recumbent) bike, moderate elliptical, should be okay, just be careful and take it easy until your back is 100%. Good luck!

Congratulations on your business! You have time to exercise, everyone does. It's a matter of prioritization and your health should be a very high priority. As someone else mentioned, exercise isn't absolutely necessary for weight loss, but it is necessary for long term health and, by the way, it makes losing weight a lot…

Well, according to Scooby's Workshop (and some assumptions), your BMR is around 2500 calories. That said, 2500 might actually be on the low side for you, but certainly it not too high. Good luck!

The point is to be at a caloric deficit, so it's your diet that counts. Working out can assist in this as well as being good for your overall health. That said, there is no particular number of days that you need to be at the gym. Some people go every day and others don't exercise at all.
-
There's no point unless every day in between was identical.
-
Definitely not.
-
All I know is that you have been on this plan for one month and have lost 10 pounds (according to your ticker). This is an exceptional accomplishment... Congratulations!
-
Wouldn't red meat effect you in a similar fashion?
-
Well... You indicated that you know why you gained the weight. Thank goodness your grandfather is back home and you can now focus on making smart eating choices. Good luck!

The only way to eat a hot dog is with sauerkraut and spicy mustard.

I'm 5'10"... Maybe not "large-framed", but when I stated my weight loss, I was 197 and, based on every available measurement I could find, I was over weight... And looked it. I am now down to around 172 or so and right on the bubble between overweight and normal. My goal is to be around 160 when I'm done.

The batter is obvious when you eat BK fries. Either McDonalds doesn't use batter, or it is so thin that is is not noticable.
-
Eat some, just log it and make it fit in your macros for the day.
-
Correct... If you weigh yourself daily, this will make your numbers eratic.
-
Fruit is naturally high in sugar, thus the calories...
-
You don't say why you are asking this question. Are you not losing weight, or not losing it as fast as you'd like?
-
Did this start after a change in your diet?
-
Definitely 2 schools of thought on this, but I really haven't done any research. Personally, to me it makes sense to eat in a sensible , balanced way each day rather then over-eating one day and under-eating the next.
-
Yes, it's definitely been covered... Your metabolism is slowing down because you are not giving your body enough energy. At a minimum, you need to eat back your exercise calories. Good luck!
