yeah the weight thing does boost up the cardio while sculpting muscle so go for it girl!! you will be looking hot in that wedding dress!!

Me too. We go riding alot on our Teryx4 and always have beer with us. Thats what got me to these extra 30 pounds. lol... But the two just go hand and hand when you are out on the trails in the middle of the woods or in a huge mud hole.

I am new as well. You can add me for motivation. My main vice is beer on friday or saturday nights.

I am rather new to MFP as well and I also do the bootcamps and shed and shred. I had been using Circuit Training when logging. I am not sure which one would fit those excersices better. I may have to try using the High impact aerobics as well.

It may be that you are building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't get discouraged, you will get there. Keep it up!!
